The time is now!

Hello blogger Family!!! So as we are getting ready to dive into August 2015! We have some very special people for you to meet. They are more of God's sons & daughters. They will be sharing some great testimonies with you how God has kept them. Get ready get ready! Be ready to be inspired and be challenge to allow the Lord into your heart to grow from glory to glory! Amen! Granny's Corner

Have you ever sat and thought about grandma sayings? I remember my Grannie use to tell me to plant a seed. Plant a seed of God's word. The same principle applies to God's word in our lives. The bible tells us "Thy word have I hid in my heart that I may not sin against thee" (Psalms 119:11) She would always say if you can't say nothing nice don't say anything at all. Which is one of the reasons why I believe her and my dad planted seeds of the word in my life. They knew they had a wild child on their hands who was going to be used for God's glory. Did I ever sin against God? Of course! Was it a blessing blocker? YES! This is why we must keep the word planted in our hearts to avoid a harvest of grief and sin. When we release the word it go's out and performs it work. (Isaiah55:11) We don't have to do it the world's way. The word says do not be conformed any longer to the patterned of this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind. (Romans12:2) I renew my mind daily not only for me but for you. God surely has a plan for man and his motives. He declares in his word. "For I know the plans for you". It's good and not evil. It's to prosper you in all the areas of your life. Plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11) Yet as good as God's plan yet for man or for us women. Everything determines on our willingness to receive His plan and act on it in obedience. So  By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have receive all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.  And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires. In view of all this, make every effort to respond to God’s promises. Supplement your faith with a generous provision of moral excellence, and moral excellence with knowledge,  and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with patient endurance, and patient endurance with godliness,  and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love for everyone. The more you grow like this, the more productive and useful you will be in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But those who fail to develop in this way are shortsighted or blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their old sins. So, work hard to prove that you really are among those God has called and chosen. Do these things, and you will never fall away. Then God will give you a grand entrance into the eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. So much wisdom she would spoke. Then she ended with this..You can't afford to go backwards when God is constantly pulling you or shall I say calling you higher. Hmm..Thank you Lord. (Slience)

Father, We thank you! We come before you right now with our life. Oh Lord we trust and lean on and rely on you. Let us not be put to shame for our hope is in you. Let not our enemies rejections, hurt, unworthiness triumph over us. Father, for you said in your word "For you know the thoughts and plans for us. plans of peace, good and not evil. To give us hope and a future. You are not a God that lie. May we continue to walk in your word and your power. The instructions that you have given to us. We don't take it lightly. It is so in Jesus mighty name Amen!

Listening and Doing

  Brothers and sisters we must be quick to listen and slow to speak..Ask yourself, what were the results that you received when you reacted out of anger? As James said, we should be quick to listen and slow to speak. Sometimes our tongue can do more harm than good. When you feel anger welling up in you and you want so much to say what is on your mind, ask yourself; after I say what I say will I be able to minister to this person, will this person see the God in me, or is God in what I am about to say. If you can't say yes to any of these, ask God to give you the words to speak. When we stop and think and ask God for wisdom he helps us not to flow of of our emotions. When we are flowing out of emotions our emotions carry us to places that we don't won't to be. Hebrews 12: 14-15  says "work at living in peace with everyone, and work at living a holy life, for those who are not will not see the Lord. Look out for each other so that none of you fails to receive the grace of God. Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up to trouble you, corrupting many."  You can let the person know that what was done or said was offensive, with grace and tact, just ask God to teach you how. " If another believer sins against you, go privately and point out the offense. If the person listens and confess it, you have won that person back. Matthew 18: 15

Dear Heavenly Father,

Lord we thank you for your word. We praise you and we lift you up Lord. There is no on like you, so for that we say thank you. God we give you glory and honor. Father we thank you for our brothers and sisters being slow to anger, we thank you for her being able to speak with grace so that you may get all of the glory. Lord, we ask that right now you be with our brothers and sisters as they start their day. We ask that you be with their families as they head off to work and school dear God. We pray a hedge of protection around all of them dear God, We pray for their workplaces and their schools right now in the name of Jesus. Lord we pray that we can be a blessing to someone today. Lord lead us and guide us, so we can continue to be the men and women of God you have called us to be. It is so in Jesus mighty name Amen!

First things First..Part 2

I'm reminded that when we are walking in the spirit we are walking in the power. A greater power that was given to us by God. When the apostles spoke they spoke the word with boldness but not in their strength it was through the strength of God. God was breathing in them. They gave witness to the ressurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. PRAYER is a BIG key..and being baptized with the Holy Spirit of God. They made a major impact because of the power..Power is added to authority.. 1 Corth 4:20: "The kingdom of God is not in word but in power." This power made a forceful and huge explosive on the unbelievers around them. As I read Acts 4: 31 and 33 this is a reminder of why we need the word and the power. The power brings about change. When we have the power it will bring to rememberance of Jesus correct teachings. The purpose of having the infilling of the Holy Spirit in our lives brings about the outpouring of God's love in our heart to shine before the unbeliever's heart. Let's continue to let God takes us higher by seeking him. Maybe you are sitting here reading saying WOW this is too deep. Or I just don't get it. I ask that you pray this prayer Father, I ask that you reveal yourself to me in a way that I have never known before. If there is something you have for me that I have not experience, then show me now. I ask you to pour your Holy Spirit into my heart. With this infilling. I ask you to impart in me the passion to witness as your disciples did on the day of pentecost. I ask that you help me with my prayer life, lifting me to levels far beyond my natural natural strength and understanding. When I pray, I want the authority and the power of the living God. Guide me oh Lord through your Holy Spirit, in the path you would have me to go. Father, I ask that you pour into my heart a love that is so rich it can be only seen as agape love. A love that is seen as the throne of the living God. Lord I want more of you..In Jesus mighty name. Amen!

Wasington State of Emergency 2012

Wow! The last few 5 days has been very interesting and another humbling experience. We had to leave our home due to no heat and power in the house. As we were leaving and making sure we had things we needed for the road. I was just in awe of God about the things he was doing..Think about it. Our God has the power to make it rain and snow the list goes on. No matter what season of life you are in you must be ready in season and out of season.. Boy! Did this become clearer to me on the 2nd night in the hotel. I really felt a little tired and drain. So I shared with my husband I needed to go to the lobby to take a moment of rest. Hmm..little did I no God had other plans in mind. An elderly lady walks over to me and ask can she sit with me til her food is ready. I said sure ma'am! Next she started to vent about the weather and her flight being canceled. Then she went on and on about how much pain she was in and how her knees was stiff due to the weather we were having. So I ask..Ma'am! Can I pray for you? She look at me with a mean look and said so you are one of those people.. lol then she drop her head. I'm really thinking to myself now hmm..okay I better get prepared for the worst but hope for the best. I ask quickly Ma'am are you saved? She held her head up slowly again and said no with a soft voice with tears in her eyes.. She speaks..Funny you ask this because my son was just talking to me about the Lord on the way to the airport.  I said Ma'am do you know it wasn't by accident that you are sitting here with me?!. You are going to be healed tonight..God loves you so much that He sent His son and He die on that cross and He rise up again for you and me. Do you believe that? She said yes with tears rolling down her face. Long story short she receive her salvation that night. She hug me so tight and said thank you! I said Thank you Lord because me meaning my flesh was having a pity party but my spirit man was having a HOLY GHOST PARTY!!! This is why it's so important that we fellowship with God, read and meditate on His word to be able to walk in the spirit. We MUST BE READY IN OR OUT OF SEASON..On another note we didn't choose the hotel where we were staying we were led there by the Holy Spirit. I just heard from a great pastor he shared this..GPS: God's Positioning System is His Holy Spirit within you to get you to the destination He planned for you. Yes sir.. He planned that night! Are you ready to go where God wants you to go?
